At Tom's Key Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your key or remote doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the unused key or remote in its original packaging, ensuring all included tools and instructions are inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
